Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re here to help!
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email us at service@shopfreely.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once our warehouse generates this number, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return your item.
Please note that returns sent without a Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take several days depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Double-check your bank account or payment method.
Contact your credit card company, as there might be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
If needed, reach out to your bank for further assistance.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us at service@shopfreely.com.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, we’ll mail a gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To ensure a smoother refund process, we encourage you to forward the return tracking information to us, which will help expedite the credit process.
